• I have participated in numerous events for metabolomics education and outreach, including lecturing regularly at international workshops hosted by UAB (2013-2018) and New York Exposome Bootcamps.
• Pathway analysis at ASMS Fall workshop 2018
• A week-long metabolomics course in South America (2019)
• I led a group of international experts to write the first major book on the topic, “Computational Methods and Data Analysis for Metabolomics”, published by Springer in 2020
• Workshop at MANA 2024, Working like a data scientist on Jupyter
